On the day of the release, I went there two hours after it opened, and it was sold out. I was so desperate that I managed to get it.
It was so fragrant. A wonderful aroma of melon, muscat, and cemedine. And of course, it had that shwashy, gassy feeling.
The sweetness is subdued and the acidity is dominant. But it is not sour! But there is no sourness.
The acidity is short-lived and finishes with a gentle astringency.
Definitely one of the top 10 wines of the season. Excellent.
