The hundred spring is the first time 🍶. Hyakushun, brewed by Kosaka Sake Brewery, is a wish that the drinker will enjoy sake and be in good health for a hundred springs. The brewery is dedicated to producing fresh sake with a slight gassy taste by direct pumping. Fraise" is French for "strawberry. The sake has a sake strength of -18 and an acidity of 3.0, and the alcohol content is slightly light at 14%. The appearance is crystal with a slight yellow tint. The ginjo aroma is soft, with a hint of berry sweetness and sourness with a strong acidity. On the first day, the unique powdery lime-like nuance was bothersome, but by the second day of opening the bottle, it was almost unnoticeable, so the following is a review from the second day onward. The stimulation of fine gassiness in a smooth spread. The first sip has a white malted rice-like acidity. After that, it starts with a clear sweetness, followed by a cute, berry-like acidity that spreads softly on the palate. The fruity sweetness rides on the tongue, and the acidity flows down the back of the throat and finishes. The lingering slight stimulation of the acidity gives it a nice sharpness. From the specs, the taste is surprisingly clear and clean, with a moderate sweetness and a fruity, firm acidity that brings it all together 🍓.
