The brewery is dedicated to producing fresh sake with a slight gassy taste by direct pumping.

The sake has a sake strength of -18 and an acidity of 3.0, and the alcohol content is slightly light at 14%.
The appearance is crystal with a slight yellow tint.
The ginjo aroma is soft, with a hint of berry sweetness and sourness with a strong acidity.
On the first day, the unique powdery lime-like nuance was bothersome, but by the second day of opening the bottle, it was almost unnoticeable, so the following is a review from the second day onward.
