bouken
This sake was sold out at the recent Yizizishin tasting.
This sake is made from Yizyishin's original yeast "San-go-Yeast" and is said that it was made by the image of the high-class sake 100 years ago.
It tastes so beautiful that it is hard to believe that it has been aged for 4 or 5 years.
It has a little bit of a peculiar taste.
I personally like the rich taste.
I thought it was amazing that this sake, which costs about 5,000 yen, sold out so quickly.
The bottle and label are retro and cool!

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi.
I looked it up again and it's 5500 yen 💦.
I hope you will have a chance to drink it 🤔.
I think you might still be able to drink it if you go to XKOMA.

Happy New Year to you, bouken 🎍 and all the best for the new year 🙇.
I'm glad you made it to the tasting safely 😊.
I can't imagine at all what a high quality sake from around the first year of the Showa era would be like, but it must have been delicious 😳.
