I opened this Sanzu to redo my wife's birthday after she got sick on the day of her birthday.
It had a robust sweetness that was not overpowered by the strong flavors of Western food.
I felt it was less fizzy than the previous Sundo.
This is one thing, but I would have liked it to be a little more effervescent.

Happy birthday to your wife, Maru 🎉🎂.
You are so kind to redo it ❣️ The birth soil is perfect for the celebration 😊 and it's precious to be able to match it with western food too 😆.

Thanks for your comment, Ponchan 😊.
I figured if I redid it, I could drink the birth soil 😆.
It was a successful strategy lol.
As you said, it's a precious sansho that can be matched with western food.

My wife is on the mend and we both cackled while we had a birthing pas... birthday party 😆.
