Takaten First Take typeD
I got this sake at the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai, but I've never heard of "Takaten" before. ✨️

The aroma is like soft white grapes, the mouthfeel is clear with juicy flavor and a firm bitterness, then it finishes with a refreshing aftertaste with a lingering bitterness and a fresh finish.

Hard mineral aroma, strong mineral flavor and a strong bitterness with a strong presence, then a refreshing finish with a lingering bitterness.
If I were to speak from personal experience, I would say that the bitterness is quite characteristic, and while it is not unpleasant, it is rare to find such a strong bitterness.
The entrées were "Shizuoka bonito tataki" and "locally caught horse mackerel sashimi"!
The fourth picture is a date with my wife to see the Alphonse Mucha exhibition (🥰).
It is quite an interesting exhibition if you look at it as a starting point for contemporary advertising design 🖼️
