Two years ago, before I got into sake
I had lunch with my wife in Shinchi
I told the owner that I wanted to drink Jyushiyo.
The first thing he offered me was this Toyo Bijin Aizan
Toyo Bijin Aizan was the first thing he offered me.
At that time, I only thought it was a delicious sake
I didn't think it was a good sake at the time,
But now I can understand why the owner chose it
I can understand why he chose it 😊.
While keeping the teachings of Jyushiyo
You are brewing sake on par with Jyushidai!
I still can't drink Jyushidai since I drank it then.
I still can't drink it since that time 🥲.
But Toyo Bijin is good enough for me.
It's reasonably priced too... 🤣
