Sake activities in Kyoto on the heels of Hatsumode ✨.
I had to run out of Kinshi Masamune in the middle of the course, so I decided to try this sake that was included in the drink menu in Fushimi, Kyoto 🍶!
Daishinshu Junmai Ginjo.
The aroma was lightly apple-like, the taste was gentle and apple-like sweet, and the finish was smooth and lingering with a gentle apple aroma.
Pairs well with the Toji fried crab that was served at the end of the course.
I was very pleased with the abundance of Kyoto vegetables used in the course and the delicious soup stock 😁.
