Today I opened a bottle of the brewery's limited keg sake that I bought at Sera Masumi on Sunday 😀.
The bottle was opened quietly 🤫🤫It smells of cedar barrels, which is also on the label 😊The mouthfeel is clean, the sweetness and umami are mild 😘The barrel taste is refreshing ✨😚🥳It tastes good 🥳.
The 4th picture is after shopping at Serra Masumi on Sunday, we had Tenzaru at a soba restaurant for lunch😙It was delicious 😙😋There are many soba restaurants, I want to go to more and more when I have a chance 🔥😁🔥.
