Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix (7) Matsu-no Kotobuki, a sake we see but don't drink often I drank Junmai Ginjo Omachi Unfiltered Nama Sake Juicy and umami. I drank Yumesasara after this event, but I definitely prefer the Omachi! It's gassy and not very sweet, but it's delicious! Sake and notes that are typical of Omachi... What's that? I think this is what Nemuchi-san was talking about when he said it was an Omachi-like sake 🤔. HADE MATSUKOTO Junmai Ginjo *Our comparison I've never had this one before, though I've seen the label often. It is said to be made with aromatic yeast. Rice is Gohyakumangoku. It is indeed gorgeous. It is refreshing and tasty, but I wish it had a little more umami.

Good morning, bouken 😃. Matsunotsu no Kotobuki! We also HADE a bottle about 2 years ago 😅It's been a while since we had a bottle of Hitogokochi Matsunokoto in the fridge 🤗I'd love to try a bottle that is more like Omachi 😋.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃 Tochigi sake has so many delicious sake brands that I get lost in them and end up putting them off 😁. I wasn't really aware of it, but the Matsunotsuki made me realize how much I like Omachi 😊.
