This sake is from last year's brewing year, which I purchased when I visited Heiwa Sake Brewery, which brews Kido-san in early summer of this year 😀.
In fact, I was able to participate in the planting of this year's Agara sake rice at Heiwa Shuzo on that day 😀.
The taste was a bit different from the gorgeous and fruity Kido that I usually drink, it was more like a thicker taste with the power of the earth 😀.
But it's Kido, and within that strength, there is a hint of the Kido glamour that I always feel 😀 Delicious!

In October, we will participate in harvesting the rice we planted ourselves 😀.
I would be more than happy if the photos of rice planting and harvesting would be on the label of this brewing year's Agara, with me and Orin in the picture 🤣.
