This time it is Shinigami. It is a sake from Shimane Prefecture. The surprising name comes from the rakugo story "Shinigami," which means "god of death, A man is taught how to make money by the "Grim Reaper," and thanks to him, he becomes very rich, but in the end, when he tries to outsmart the "Grim Reaper," he is made to realize just how scary he really is, It is said to be a story about a man who is taught how to make money by the "Grim Reaper. It has a dark amber color, almost orange. First, it is served at room temperature. The fragrant aroma of soy sauce is soft. The taste is light and smooth. It has a complex flavor, with the aroma and acidity of soy sauce mixed with the richness of mirin (sweet sake). The aftertaste is bitter like medicinal herbs. There is no sweetness, but the savory, deep umami flavor is strangely delicious. I felt the acidity was too strong when the sake was heated to lukewarm, I preferred it hot because I felt the acidity was too strong. The sake is a blend of ancient sake and sake brewing techniques from the Edo period (1603-1868), and the taste is addictive. This time we had it as a project to bring to a year-end party. Reaper, I wanted to drink it. Thanks for bringing it 😊. And you even brought in a tifal and chirori for heating up the sake, it was perfect 😍.

Hi Hirupeko 😃 Shinigami, great impact 😳I think it stands out even more since many sake names are very auspicious such as Tsurukame and Matsuri 😅I would like to compare it with Kikyumori's "Au for posthumous sabbatical", although they are completely different in direction.

Hi Hirupeko, Hi ✨✨😃❗Wow I want to drink it❗The person who selected this must be a sake connoisseur who is ready for heated sake 🎵I don't want to be at the reaper's party but I want to drink it 😁✨✨.

Hi Hirupeco, good evening 😁. Looks delicious! But....... the name is 😰.... It takes courage to buy it 😰. Tiphart and Chilori are the best for bring-your-own year-end party 😁🤣.

Good evening, Aladdin. I just looked back at the photo and it looks too powerful, partly because it was a bottle 😅The naming sense of Kikumori is also unique and curious! I think it might be similar in taste 🤔.

Good evening, Ao. Yes, that's right! It's a great idea to be able to heat up sake wherever you have a Tiphar 💡 You can even heat up sake in a business hotel on a business trip🤣.
