Overall 8 (out of 10)
I got it (thanks)
Second time for a cargo tag sake.
This time we received a brand of sake called Hwangsuisen 😃.
Delicious 😋.
Light, thin, astringent and delicious ‼️😋👍
The moment you put it in your mouth, a slight umami flavor rises with an unctuous astringency.
After that, it fades out slowly.
Then it fades out slowly and a little bit of astringency drags on.
A bit more mature than the previous Sake Mirai.
It is very robust for its low alcohol content of 13%!
Served chilled!

Good morning, shinsaku3😃!
I'm always jealous of your good "gifts" 🥹A mature astringent warning? We tend to be a bit astringent these days 😆 13 degrees and it might be just right 🤗.

Good morning, ma-ki-😃.
I see that you did 😃.
I enjoyed the packaged sake, as I did last time, so I'm going to try other brands if I see them 😃.

Good morning, HinaHanaMama 😃.
Again, light, thin and quite nice as a supporting role for the meal👍.
It's a little hard to describe this time😅.
It's low al light taste but not dry.
That's the image😅.

Good morning Jay & Nobby😃.
I have a poor colleague who likes Sake but is not good with alcohol.
My poor coworker who loves Sake but has a weakness for alcohol sometimes shows up with Sake
We share it together (most of us) 😅.
I need to develop a nice astringent taste too 😆.
