I was looking for a microbubbly of Tasake and found this Nebuta label🍶 Aomori Prefecture version outside of Aomori.
I was curious about this one too so I bought it ✨.
Now I'll have some 😋It has a crisp apple aroma 😋The mouthfeel is soft, with a moderate sweetness and a fruity umami to sharpness this time with a strong dry aftertaste. It's a summer sake, so it's refreshing ✨.
On the second day, it has a sweetness. The juicy sweetness gives it a stronger attack. This was the sharpest rice wine I have ever had 😊.

I see that the labels are different for in-prefecture and out-of-prefecture sake!
I like the blue tasake characters on the nebuta background, it has the look of a summer sake that is both tasty and sharp 😚.

I didn't know there was an out-of-prefecture version of tasake 😆and nebuta! It's very powerful 👌Tastes like a dry summer sake 😅.

It seems that the version in the prefecture uses Hana Souri instead of Yamadanishiki with red letters. I have a longing to visit Aomori and drink this one too 😋.

It's no wonder you don't know about it since it's only available in Aomori ✨Does Tasake fall into the +3 or dry category as well as Tokujun 🤔I'm sure there are some Tasake that are easy to drink!
