I was going to have a moonshine party the day before because I have to work that night, but my wife and kids are going back to my parents-in-law's house, so I planned to bring my own sake and enjoy it with the owner's cooking instead of drinking at home.
I called my friends and they all gathered, and we held a "moon-viewing party tonight in Kitchin Usagi" with the usual members.

I saw the jacket at Sake-no-wa and fell in love with it at first sight. I was looking for it, but couldn't find it in my hometown or on the road, so I just popped it in with my Rakuten points.

A clear, refreshing, sweet rice aroma, with a sweet taste that is typical of Kangiku, from the gasiness of the mouthfeel to the sweetness and bitterness of the back, with a clean lingering finish.
The mellow sweetness and refreshing aftertaste that is typical of "Sono Kangiku" are the best 😁.
The dish was the proprietress's special tempura of spring vegetables and wild vegetables.
It was highly praised by the guests for its fresh aroma and bittersweet spring ingredients!
