A special honjozo brewed with 59% polished Miyamanishiki rice from Nagano Prefecture. The dazzle of the Nama-Shu seal welcomes you 🤗. It has a fruity freshness that is hard to believe it is a honjozo! The gentle aroma, similar to that of melon, the spread of sweetness and umami of the rice, and the balanced taste with a good alkalinity and lightness make it a great mid-meal sake 😉. Lunch was Iekei 🍜 with super thick soup!

Dear Kotori. Genmai is a brewery that can make all of its sake raw by omitting the hi-ire process. Honjozo and ginjo can also be made that way. We have also served daiginjo.

Hi Manachie 🐥hehe🤭Gutsy ramen at Tsujita-kei, the Yokohama-style ramen restaurant! I was among the students and had a bowl of thick ramen as a side dish? I was not hungry at all until the next morning 😜😂The calories seem to be huge!
