The second Nara Sake is...
Mimuro Sugi!
It is no exaggeration to say that "Kaze no Mori" and "Mimuro- Sugi" are the top two Nara sake 🤔.
The second place in the "Sake-no-wa" ranking of Nara was occupied by "Mimuro-sugi", so I decided to post them in that order.
Mimuro-sugi is my favorite sake, but there is something I wanted to try once.
Among the seasonal sakes, "Yamadanishiki Orikagarami Nama" and "Hana-Kyun" are both famous and very popular as adult ramune.
The question is which one tastes better?
I want to solve this in my mind 🙂.
Yamadanishiki Orikagarami Nama
Just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. Creamy, umami, yogurt-like taste is very delicious. It also has a gassy and slightly bitter aftertaste, and is perfectly balanced 😆.
Huacun.
It's an adult juice with a gorgeous sweetness, acidity, and a strong gassy taste. It is also very delicious 😊.
Compared to the "Yamadanishiki Orikagarami Nama," it has a clearly distinct flavor!
Which one is my favorite?
This time it was the "Yamadanishiki Ogirigarami Nama" by a narrow margin 😌.
I guess the deciding factor was the umami.
I would like to do it again next year!

I was surprised that you found Hana-Kyun more gorgeous but Yamadanishiki Orikarami more delicious 🙄 I think this is a difference you can't tell unless you compare the two! I hope you will give it a try next month!

Mimuro cedar is consistently good, but I think these two are especially good. In my opinion, they are the top matchup of Mimuro Sugi! The first round was won by Yamadanishiki Orikara 😌.
