It's been a while 😌.
I was in Kushiro City for a month for a training course, and I had to stop drinking because of the hard content of the course!
Well, I did drink a little 😜.
I had a lot of work saved up 💦.
However, I am happy to be back to the sake life again 😁.
I'm going to start posting about my stay in Kyushu back in June!
During my stay in Kyushu, my family came over! We all had a great time going to Karato Market in Shimonoseki and eating Fukuoka specialties 😊.
I bought this Bazeki by Shimonoseki Sake Brewery at Karato Market! I knew I'd never had sake before 😉.
It's a very dry sake that goes well with the seafood in Shimonoseki! I don't remember exactly what it was 😅 but I had a good impression of it 😋.

The Kyushu rice is rich in flavor and seems to be preferred by the people of Hokkaido 😋 The sweet Kyushu soy sauce also suits my palate and I would like to use it at home! My family enjoyed it 😊.

The fourth picture is a set meal with one cod roe on it that my family and I had for breakfast! The second half of the meal was served with dashi broth and chazuke, which was also excellent 😋.

It was quite physically and mentally demanding, but I was able to complete the course successfully 😉 I refused to drink alcohol because it would make it impossible for me to study 😅.
I also want to try the gastronomy of Tochigi 🤤.
