I finally had a standard drink!
I found a bottle of raw sake and bought it immediately.
100% Yamadanishiki
Kake rice 55%, Koji rice 50% polished rice
Alcohol 16%.
Nice aroma, fresh and crisp, muscat or pear? Pear? It is fruity. ❣️
It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity!
On the second day, sweetness↑ juicy and more preferable than freshly opened💕.
On the 3rd and 4th day, it gradually calmed down, but it was still delicious to drink with good balance!
I haven't drunk a lot of it, but so far it's a great taste!
I haven't tasted the fire-ground yet, so I'll try that next time 😊.

I would definitely recommend drinking it at home if you are Aladdin 😊It's still Kyushu's sake, it's sweet and tasty. ❣️ I'm going to try it again when the hi-iru sake is available, although it's still raw from now on!
