A 180ml bottle of Naozane Ginjo from Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture.
The sake name "Naozane" comes from Kumagaya Naozane, a military commander who also appears in the last days of Atsumori in the Tale of the Heike.
The flavor is in the classical range,
Firmly 50% polished. Aji Ginjo more than expected.
Tastier than expected, good impression.
Mie cherry sea bream processed for sashimi at the face-to-face sales corner of Kadokami Gyorui.
Zuke (marbled red tuna).

In addition to the four breweries you mentioned, Kagamiyama and Kameko-Kabishi are my personal top sake breweries in Saitama Prefecture.
