Winter Nigori Festival Vol. 4 Mikotsuru Activated Nigori Nama Sake This one was stocked and pulled from the summer. I actually wanted to compare it with Hiro-chan, the king of new sake! Miko's reaction was more subdued than usual. But when I poured it, it was so vibrant. I knew she deserved a mature 7-Up! On the other hand, Hiro-chan was a little more mature. Mature and sweet nigori sake! Both of them are my favorite sake in summer and winter. I'm glad we had them both! But a couple of years ago, both of them had the power to blow out and there were times when it was a big struggle to open the bottle. I asked the liquor store that handles Mico, I asked the liquor store that handles Miko-chan, but they said that the previous carbonated type had many complaints, the secondary fermentation type nowadays. If only the drinker is prepared, the struggle when opening the bottle can be fun 😆. I'd enjoy the struggle when opening the bottle 😆. Home Drinking 555
