☀️ It's called Aisan ❤️, but it doesn't have the sweetness that is typical of Aisan ❤️ 🙄. The main flavors are umami and bitterness, with a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste 😙. The sharp profile does not mellow the mouthfeel 🤔. It is something that overturns the image of Aizan ❤️ 🤔. I guess it is the antithesis of "Aisan = sweet" 🤔.

Hi Hiro 😃 Aizan=sweet certainly sounds different. Then what is Aizan? I don't know 😅. I'll try to imagine what it tastes like based on which brewery makes it without preconceived ideas 🤔.

Good evening ichiro18 😃. I guess that's the pitfall we fall into when we try to grasp the characteristics of sake rice 😅I want to remember that it's not only the sake rice that makes the taste 😆 ❗️

Hiro 💓 sorry for being here and there 😉 I'm drinking Shichida now too! I didn't realize it wasn't sweet despite the dazzling pink label: ‼️ My image of Aizan is a unique sweet and bitter impression. I guess it's a sake that pursues Aizan without any expectations, for better or worse!

Pekho, here too😃. It's a strange coincidence that Nanatanaka is a brewery that makes a lot of ❣️ Aizan=sweet=pink🩷, but I took it as a message from the brewery that even Aizan can make more dry sake ❗️ 😆.

Good morning, Hiro 😃. We too have a strong image of Aizan = sweet 🧐 and have avoided it until now 😅. I would like to receive a message from the brewery and give it a try 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃. Pink 🩷 pulls me to the sweet 🍫😆. On that note, Ms. Shichida pulled to the dry side regardless of the color 😎 Please accept the message of the soul 💌.
