One of the two bottles given by a friend last year was opened!
After opening the bottle, it smells like Tsuru no Tomo Aruzome, a Niigata sake 😳The color of the glass is a similar golden color 🥇.

When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised! It's still a Tsuru no Tomo, but a more refined version of Tsuru no Tomo.
It doesn't taste like it's brewed from Aizan 😅.
It's a junmai ginjo, but it's also good at room temperature or warmed up!
