Today, after seeing a movie with my wife, we had dinner at Sushi Amato for the second time!
It's been a while since I've had sushi, so I'm very excited!
So, the first drink at Sushi Atato was a sake I got for drinking at home, but it was my first time to drink it!
Nabeshima by Tomikuchiyo Shuzo!
This time it was a special Junmai!
This special junmai is said to be the strongest of all the Nabeshima's! I'll have it right away!
First, the aroma. I forgot to smell it 💦.
In the mouth, the first impression is fruity and refreshing sweetness.
It also has a complex flavor.
This gradation is unbearably delicious!
This was my first Nabesama Tokujun, and it was an irresistibly delicious sake with just the right balance of various flavors!
The fourth one is Nanamizu, which has recently started to be sold at liquor stores!
I am looking forward to drinking it as it is my first brewery!
