I have to make the most of my unlimited-ride ticket...
I took the train from Hizenhama Station to Saga Station.
We got off the train here and had a sake drink 🍶.
After HAMA BAR, we went to SAGA BAR, a newly opened sake bar under the elevated railway tracks of Saga Station.
We decided to order one sake per person to share!
I ordered this one too!
Nokomi JOKER
The name "Joker" is a playful play on the word "Baba" from Baba Sake Brewery.
The specifications have not been disclosed, but when I drank it, I found it to be a rather straightforward and easy to understand drink.
The acidity and bitterness make it a good choice as a food sake👍.

The fact that it says "Baba = Joker" or "This sake has some outliers..." shows the brewery's sense of taste 😄.
