On a slow night of drinking at home, I opened the rest of "Ippongi Karasoukei Junmai Ginjo" and opened another bottle.
Hayaseura Hiyashizake" and tonight we will have a tag-team match between Reinan and Reinan, which will divide Fukui into two blocks 🍶.
To go with it, I bought some pickled salmon, bai clam, and octopus at the Seibu Department Store in Hokkaido.
First, a glass of "Hayaseura Hiyashizake".
It is a light and dry sake with no freshness or sweetness, but rather a clean spiciness that comes to the fore.
The best thing to go along with the 3 kinds of appetizers was the pickled bai clam with wasabi, the more you chew, the more flavorful the bai clam became 😁.
It's the kind of thing that says Hokkaido vs Fukui in the pattern of fighting together 😆.

Hello, Mr. Menshuoh!
Hokkaido seafood is still the best 😋 As for the salmon oyako-zuke, my wife ate up almost all of it even though I bought 200g 😅It's a pity that they don't have much sake from Hokkaido at local product exhibitions 🤔.

Good evening, Mr. Jaiv 😃.
So Fukui has a border between Reinan and Reinan! I didn't know that 😅 If Hokkaido's pickled seafood is a good Tsumami, both drinks will be delicious 😋.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
Echizen province became Reinan in the Edo period and Wakasa province became Reinan in the Edo period, and they merged into the present Fukui prefecture after a long struggle 😃.
Since the original country is different, the dialect, culture, commercial area, and other regional characteristics are different 😊.

Hello, Aaru Sake!
The Hayaseura label is a fun way to look at the bottles, with a classic one and a seasonal visual one 😁It's a good match since it's a sake from a place that has trade with Hokkaido 😆.
