I've had a few bottles of Ecru at pubs, but I've never had it at home.
I opened the bottle thinking I've never had it at home 😁.
The aroma is a modern sweet and sour aroma typical of Niimasa Colors 😃.
The taste is just as sweet and sour as the aroma 😍.
But it's hard to compare Shinsei with fruits 😅.
Also, I don't doubt that it's sweet and sour.
I think ecru is the least sweet when compared by Colors 🤔.
The unique acidity of Shinsei's sake makes it very sharp and clean.
It has a refreshing aftertaste that leaves your mouth clean 😋.
If Lapis is sold out and will not be available in the future
I wonder if this will be the entry model of Colors? 🤔
