［Drinking with friends 🍴 at the Kitchin Rabbit
The second bottle I opened was a bottle of sake that I look forward to every year at this time of year 🍶.
Hayaseura Special Junmai Sake Yonagatsuki" from my hometown in Fukui!
A full rice aroma, a refreshing umami, and a clean, crisp, fresh, and pleasant aftertaste!
It is what is called "hiyaoroshi," or "hiya-oshi" in Japanese, and with its excellent label design, it is a bottle to drink slowly on a long autumn night.
This time, I enjoyed it with my drinking companions.
The third picture is the excellent appetizer prepared by the proprietress 💡.
