Only 3 more days until the end of the year 😀. I know many of you have already started your year-end vacation, but I will be working until New Year's Eve 😅. Working in a medical institution, I can't help it if I have to work until the very end of the year like every year 🤣. As a reward for my tired self, I'm going to forget about hunters and open a bottle of petit luxury sake for 3 days from today😇. First up is Golden Chun Chun 😇 I have a few bottles of Golden Chun Chun in my sake cellar, but I don't know when I'll be able to get it next, so I don't dare to open the bottle 😅. Usually I pour a little first and compare it with the one I let come to room temperature, but today I took it straight from the cellar and put it straight into a glass 😀. ❓🤣...the usual beautiful fruity aroma is not so much present, and even when I take a sip, it tastes more acidic than usual 😓. It was carefully stored for 2 months in an ice-temperature sake cellar, but it deteriorated ❓😓😓. After drinking other sake for comparison, I drank it again and found that the aroma was fresh and reminiscent of melon😇. The aroma was fresh and melon-like 😇 The mouthfeel was smooth with overwhelming umami and moderate sweetness with a beautiful sharpness 😇 I realized once again that the drinking temperature is also important 🤣. It was like the sake had opened up😇.

Good morning, Yasbay 😃. It's obvious that the temperature range makes a difference ❗️ "the feeling that the sake has opened up" great words ✨. I studied it in the sake test, but I guess experience is important 🙂‍↕️ I'm going to compare myself with room temperature to gain more experience 😌.
