I thought I couldn't buy it because I missed the timing at the end of the year, but I got the last one at a liquor store in Kobe.
It doesn't say so, but it's unfiltered. It has a pleasant gaseous feeling and a beautiful, elegant sweetness. It tastes like melon, and it's really delicious.
Among Banshu Ikken, the Shippo series in particular is a no-brainer!
