Today is the last of the Tohoku drinking tête-à-tête. My work in Tohoku seems to be over, and this may be the last time to go on a Tohoku drinking tour! So, I'm going to fulfill my wish today... First of all, we had a drink on the Shinkansen train. I am a sucker for the word "Shiboritate" (freshly squeezed sake). This sake is very heavy. The sweetness of the rice spreads on the palate and lingers as an aftertaste. The acidity lingers on the tongue, and the happy feeling continues after drinking. It is a delicious sake.

Good morning, Nobu Nobu! (≧▽≦) Are you traveling by Akita Shinkansen? It looks like it's already sunny, so I'm glad that there is no problem with your travel. It is still raining in the northern coastal area of Iwate Prefecture. ⊙﹏⊙. Have a nice trip!

Thank you, Kumagai 😊. Kitakami line, Kamaishi line, etc., don't seem to be working yet. That's right, the Akita Shinkansen. It must be tough for the locals, but for those of us in the Kansai region, this snowy scene adds to the travel experience.

Good morning, Nobu Nobu 😃. I envy you for taking the Akita Shinkansen Komachi and having a drink at the train station: ❗️ I'm sure it's tough with the heavy snow forecast, but good luck with your work👍. I'm looking forward to reading your post on your return trip.

Hello Nobu Nobu, ☀️ I know it must be cold, but the snowfield looks so beautiful ❄️✨I'd love to do some snow viewing from the train window 💕It's sunny here in Shiga and the Hira mountains look stunning in the snow!

Snow viewing + drinking iron is the best luxury. Back in Shiga, Hira and Ibuki must be beautiful. I will be able to drink a lot when I return to Shiga.
