I got a gift (2) from the company 😁Ishibotan Junmai Daiginjo☝️ was a nice guy 🤤.
This sake is said to be popular at a restaurant in New York called "Chanterelle".
The aroma is mild 😀 On the palate, it has a round umami and a slight sweetness 😚It seems to have a gentle balance 😚 The finish is firm and acidic then disappears ✨.
I felt like this sake has a good swelling in the second half 🥳.
The fourth one was at the SUSURU ramen🍜fest in Fukui ✨I had the Humanity Minna Noodles from Osaka and the special chicken soba Ryusuke from Ibaraki 😁I was starving but they were delicious ramen 😍.
On a side note, I'm planning to go on a trip to Miyagi, Iwate, and Akita around 4/29 ~ by car 🚗³₃ 🤔 any good 🉐 info (liquor stores, breweries, restaurants) etc 🙏 please let me know!
