I've finally opened the Oroku!
I wondered if I should drink it today, but I made up my mind and opened it!
The shop owner told me that there was no other liquor in the same line, so I was worried if it would match my taste...
It's certainly different from other sakes. It's full of richness, the taste of the rice is strong and the umami is deep, but it's also quite acidic so it's refreshing. The aroma is sweet, but it's not vanilla or banana, and there's a hint of sourness after that.
It's wonderful!
It was made in 2008, so it's been around for a while!
The label is made of Japanese paper, and it looks very expensive. I heard that if you don't have a -5℃ refrigerator for storage, the brewer won't let you distribute it.
It doesn't have the rumored star mark! It's a limited edition.
Rice polishing ratio: 50%.
Alcohol content: 17.5%.
Sake meter: +4.4
Price: 2,500 yen / 4-pack bottle

Good evening, Mr. Kitchee ^ ^.
This time, I bought a Wang Luch at Yokozeki 👍.
The number of products of the royal stipend of YOKOZEKI is not half bad ☺️.

Mr. Futokubo.
That's right~. I still had about 7 bottles of other sake in the fridge, but I was in the mood for adventure today, so I took the plunge and opened it up. I was filled with new discoveries.

Day 3: I found out that it smells like Cemedine.
I like to smell semedyne, but it's a bit like that, isn't it? On the third day, it's sweeter than when the bottle was opened. But it's still mildly sweet.
