Spring Sake & Nigorinpic 1️⃣ 4️⃣
The owner of the liquor store where I bought this sake and the brewery were talking about it on Instagram and they were already talking about the Junmai Ginjo Summer of Celebration 🤣.
The season in the world of sake is much different and faster than my world 😅.
Not to be too far behind the times, I opened a bottle of this sake today😇
It was an easy to drink sake with a good balance of all the flavors that is typical of spring sake 😀.
By the way, according to Pon-chan's comment, it tastes better after a few days, so I'm looking forward to the change in taste 😇.

Summer sake is refreshing and seems to go well with carbonated water😇.
I used to use a soda stream to make sparkling water at home, but it was quite costly and time-consuming, so I stopped using it and it went away 🤣.
