Purchased when returning to Fukuoka from a trip back to Osaka.
I found myself at the 500th sake check-in.
The 500th sake check-in was Kido, which is often seen in Osaka but not so often in Fukuoka.
It is very rare.
Cold sake.
Mild aroma.
It has a refreshing taste, cleaner than the ancient rice sake Ine Mankai that I drank before. While the first half is slightly sweet, the aftertaste is not quite shiso juice, but has a distinctive bitterness.
It may be tasty on the rocks.
Suitable for intermediate sake drinkers.
