I went to Umeda to run some errands.
I went to an antenna store in Niigata, which I had been curious about for a while. It was like a dream.
It is fun to see a liquor store that stocks sake from all over the country, but to see Niigata's sake lined up everywhere was a sight to behold. There is also a space for standing drinking, so if you are in Umeda, you should definitely visit.
Now, the sake is a combination of Shimejihari Tsurugi and Tochio fried bean curd. This is all you need for a snack. Ginger soy sauce and soybean oil, a flavor explosion.
The sake, which is so refreshing and easy to drink, is, to put it mildly, the best. A four-pack of sake was priced at 1,025 yen, and I thought to myself, "This is the power of Niigata. I was impressed. I couldn't resist and tried the special honjozo snow, which was also delicious with its elegant and beautifully soft taste.

Congratulations on your 400 check-ins, Maruwa 😊✨.
I too love Shimehari Tsuru, and consider each of them, snow, moon, and flower, to be wonderful evening sakes.
I can't get enough of Tochio's fried tofu 👍.

Thank you, Mr. Hiraccio. I drink mostly 1 sho bottle, so it is scary to think of 400 sho in about 3 years.
By the way, the Shimehari-zuru is wonderful.
