I look forward to it every year ❗️
Why?
Because there will be a sake bar!
The selection of sake has increased dramatically since last year, so I'm looking forward to this year's event too!
I met up with my wife and hit it!
First of all, let's start from here!
Shinsei Earth (Junmai, Namahashio)
Aroma of mellow white grape!
When you sip it, the acidity mixed with sweetness, which is typical of Shinmasa, spreads in a whirlwind and is irresistible. ❗️
It's a very pleasant sourness on a hot and humid day👍.
It seems to be expected to relieve fatigue 😀.
According to the "flavor of this lot" on the back label, which is always familiar, it has "maple syrup, shiso leaves, and melon aroma"....
Not even a hint 🤣.
