Jikin Daiginjo Yanase 2024, tobin-tori, sake for the sake competition.
It was the first time in two years that I was able to catch it.

The aroma is fruity and sweet. It is already delicious from the aroma.
In the mouth, you can experience the beautiful, mellow sweet flavor and the concentrated sweet, sour, and bitter tastes all at once in a good balance.
It has a strong flavor, and the aftertaste is deep but not unpleasantly bitter. The harmony of sweet and bitter from sweet and delicious.
The aftertaste is smooth and clean.
It is delicious!
I've started my sake life by opening a good bottle of sake on New Year's Day, so I hope I will be able to find some great sake again this year 🙏✨️

ma-ki-, there are many different types of Jikin with different sake rice and some of the more expensive lines that I can't afford 😅I don't see any of them in liquor stores very often 🤣.
