Sweet ⁉️ aroma is fresh at first, then melon.
It tastes sour and ricey with a hint of richness.
But eventually the green apple also comes out, and the complexity soaks into the body with a pleasant, not unpleasant mouthfeel. Delicious ❣️ but complex 💦.
I was deeply convinced that it was named after the monster in the Tale of the Heike, the White White White Lion.
