When I opened the bottle, it smelled like a lactic acid drink!
The taste is crisp and acidic, probably due to the white malted rice!
It tastes quite dry 😊.
I drank it during the daytime on Saturday,
It tastes sweeter and is even easier to drink 😆.
Personally, I prefer the nigori from the Usagishin series even though they are the same Boshimaya 😋.
