The taste is hard to describe...
I was sure it was delicious, so I looked online to see if I could find a description of it.
It has a volume of rich sweetness peculiar to the rice used for making it, and the aroma is like orange and karin with a unique floating sensation.
It's not like that 🤔It's not full, and it's not gorgeous like an orange.
To me, it's mild and smiling, and it still has the unique and hard-to-express taste of Shiki.
You may not see this sake very often, but if you come across it, please take it in your hand and have a look 😊.
