Basically, the all-you-can-drink sake menu consists mainly of Fukui sake, but we heard that for an additional fee, they also serve sake from outside the prefecture from their stock.
Tasake Micro Bubble Nama
Aromatic and sweet aroma, a tangy gas feeling on the tongue, a refreshing sweetness, and a soft and gentle sweet aftertaste.
I heard it has been 2 weeks since it was opened, but there was still some gassy feeling, so I was curious to see how much it was just after opening the bottle.
The owner asked me if I would like to join her and about 10 other customers for a tour of the Hakudakesen brewery at Yasumoto Sake Brewery. But I had to work 😅.
