This time it is hiyaoroshi of the Ten Rising Sun.
It's been a while since I've been to Setogana in Motomachi, Kobe, a place I respect and admire.
This restaurant specializes in heated San'in sake.
I asked for my first glass,
I got this one with a cute little label of a ginkgo tree.
I started with it at room temperature.
The mild umami flavor with a fresh aroma flowed pleasantly, and the second half had a nice sharpness.
It tastes so good at room temperature.
When served lukewarm, it has a clear outline, and the richness of the umami flavor is fuller.
The bitterness may come out stronger.
It has both moistness and freshness, making it a sake that you can keep drinking forever.
I had an image of Asahi Nikki as being aged with gusto, but it was a revelation to me that Hiyayogoshi could be so delicious. I hope to get it next year for drinking at home 😊.
I was in Kobe for my favorite Spitz concert,
After this, I asked for some heated sake to get me excited before the concert and recharge my batteries🔌.
And fully charged at the concert 🔋✨
It's a fun night in Kobe 🎸🎶

Good evening, Hirupeko 😃.
The label of Icho! I thought I've seen it somewhere 🤔, but it was Koshi's Autumn Agari that I drank a while ago 🤗.
A nice warmed sake 🍶 to warm you up 😋 and finish it off with a live performance of Spitz 😄. ‼️ is a great night 😄.
