I brought this one in for work and drank it too (laughs).
I drank it after drinking the Tenpui Junmai Ginjo, but this one was sweeter. It was a little different from the clear sweetness of Tenpui, and had a unique flavorful sweetness. It's a sweetness that's better to drink on its own, rather than as an alcoholic beverage. It's not overly sweet by any means, but it doesn't have the same sourness as Anastasia Green. Yes, I can't feel the sourness. Personally, I'd prefer a little more sourness. Would love to try that one next time!
