First time at Cape Echizen liquor store
The SunRise logo was the deciding factor in my choice of liquor store.
Sunrise Japan was the company that created Mobile Suit Gundam, but more importantly, everyone is familiar with Stan Hansen's entrance theme song, which is SunRise.
The heady aroma is a mildly fragrant ginjo aroma.
It was dry when first opened, but after a few days, the flavor settled down. The sweetness and umami have become more rounded, but the acid bitterness is crisp and clear. Delicious!
It seems that Mr. Ichiro Furudate, known for his great commentary, used different names for different techniques: Lariat if another player used it, Lariat if Hansen used it, and so on. Stan Hansen, even in his old age, is a cool old man゙.
