酔nosukeThe first Jikin in a long time was opened 🎉.
On the first day of opening the bottle, there was a gorgeous heady aroma. The first sip is sweet and delicious, but a slight acidity also appears, and the last sip is dry and bitter with a short aftertaste.
After two or three more sips, the sweet and sour strawberry flavor, just like the pale pink label, makes you want more!
The second day starts with sweet and sour strawberries 🍓 The flavor is more rounded than the first day. As I drank more, it gradually changed from strawberry to apple 🍏The balance of sweet and sour and bitter is very good and stable 🥰.
