The week after the successful Sake-no-wa Kansai Off-line Meeting, the following Saturday and Sunday were so jam-packed with work that I wanted to call it a "Death Road of Anger"💦.
We knew we wouldn't even have time to eat, especially in the second half of the week, so we decided to drink while we could and this time we had a drink 🍶.

The aroma is mellow and sweet, and the taste is smooth and sweet, with a mild aftertaste.
［Seasonal Sake]
A clean and refreshing aroma of cool rice, a smooth and clean flavor that flows smoothly into the mouth, and a mild and pleasant aftertaste.
The entrée is a motsu nabe (motsu hot pot) using Tenka Ippin's rich hot pot broth and assorted sashimi.
I had an image that it would be more light and dry since it is a Hokkaido sake, but it has a very mild and gentle flavor that does not interfere with the meal, which is indescribable.
［Hakodate Sake Brewery is the only sake brewery in Hakodate, let alone in southern Hokkaido, that was revived in 2021 after an 84-year absence.
I hope to see more of their attractive flavors in the future 🥰.
