The fourth drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was the Yukino Kayasha Bishushu no Sekkei, which I have had before. The fifth drink was a Kuroryu Ichikyorai from the Kuroryu Sake Brewery.
Ichikyorai" is the Fukui dialect word for "kagarara," which means "the best thing (for me).
This was the first sake that the owner drank, and he likes it the best, so it is often on the lineup of the sake served at the restaurant.
So, let's have it right away.
When you put it in your mouth, the umami flavor comes in with a bang, and you can also taste the sweetness.
It is delicious after all.
It has been a long time since I have had a ginjo-shu, but it is always delicious without any peculiarities.
It is a pity that I was already very drunk and my memory of the sake is not so clear.
It was a very enjoyable Sunday with the owner's delicious food, service, and good sake 🎵.

Good morning, ma-ki-!
It's refreshing to have good food and drinks at your usual restaurant 😁.
I remember when I started drinking sake after I turned 20 years old, I started with "Kuroryu Itchorai" 😊.

Thank you, Gyve, for your help here as well.
Yes, I am very glad to hear that you are enjoying your time with us! We refreshed ourselves this week 🎵.
Was Gyve-san's first sake also a success ✨?
It's a really delicious sake that I hope to continue drinking in the future: ☺️

Good evening, ma-ki.
I also like this Ichigorai and drink it regularly.
I may have a different impression the next time I drink it again.

Thank you, Mr. Gallus.
Sake can be enjoyed in so many different ways: as a stand-alone sake, with food, or both 🎵.
I also love Ichchorai after months with the general 😊.
