It is shipped several times a year, so it is my regular sake 😆.
It's not flashy, but it has a mild and smooth rice aroma😌.
The first impression is a clear green apple-like sourness 😆.
After that, the flavor of the rice comes out slowly😋.
Smooth texture and good mouthfeel.
No bitterness and very easy to drink😆.
The acidity also gives it a nice crispness and a nice aftertaste🎶.
The gentle sweetness and the taste of the rice are elegantly harmonized.
A very high quality sake from the country.
