We had a drinking party yesterday, so we brought in our own sake. The sake we brought in was this "Kido Agara no Tamada de Nurtured Yamadanishiki Low Polishing 80%" and "Gakki Masamune Junjo".
The balance of sweetness and sourness is typical of Kido, not too sweet, and the sourness washes away the sweetness.
This is delicious in its own right - I wish I could have drunk it in a handsome wine glass.
