Jyushidai Ryu no Ochishiko Dai-kyokujo Nama
It is served cold.
When the bottle is opened, there is a powerful gas sound.
When poured into a glass, there were quite small microbubbles adhering to the bottom of the glass.
The color is clear, almost colorless, and faintly silver.
The upper aroma is mild and slightly sweet fruity.
It flows smoothly on the tongue and is immediately followed by a rich yet refined umami flavor.
The faint nutty flavor matches the sweetness of ripe fruit, leaving an elegant and constant sweet taste.
It's written to be drunk within 3 months, but it was laid down for a year, and it's totally delicious!

Alcohol content: 16%.
